Recognition of an Oscillatory Behaviour of a Controlled Landing System

چکیده

-A revolutionary innovation in the field of navigation aids, help pilots to have a smooth and safe landing. Landing depends upon the two factors: elevator deflection and throttle deflection; the relation between the two should be maintained in order to acquire a non-oscillatory output response. Membership function are developed using the crisp values of velocity and height of an aircraft. Fuzzification is achieved by Triangular membership functions and defuzzified by using Centroid method. The basic model of an aircraft is tested under FLC for desired output response. Future work involves optimization of the membership sets and the rule base; that is achieved by utilizing different available membership functions and examining the performance of the system.
